Free pickup in Latvia: Collect your order free of charge from our facility at Katlakalna iela 11 k-7, Rīga (parcel locker also available on site).
Delivery outside the EU is available on request. Additional customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
We ship with DHL, DPD, Omniva, and DSV depending on your location and parcel size.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Use the link in the email or go directly to the carrier’s website to follow your shipment.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reproduce your order and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If packaging is visibly damaged, note this on the courier’s delivery confirmation before accepting the parcel.
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@insectnets.com with photos of the damage. If transport damage is confirmed, we will send a replacement at our expense.
