Köpte måttbeställda insektsnät, blev positivt överraskad av kvaliteten. Känns välgjorda (glasfibernät med aluminiumram). Enkla att montera ihop (endast hakar ska skruvas fast). Smart konstruktion. Superlätta. Något dyra när man räknar in frakten men det är väldigt skönt att ha skydd mot insekter som dessutom ser snyggt och diskret ut. Rekommenderas.

Esmu ļoti apmierināta ar Ripo insektu sietu rāmī. Uzstādīšana bija ļoti vienkārša, un tas perfekti der maniem plastmasas logiem. Siets ir ļoti izturīgs un sniedz gaidīto aizsardzību pret insektiem. We have made it easy for customers to order their insect nets online. Customer does the measurements according to the selected product, fills in the order form, chose the colour, net type etc., proceeds to cart, fills in your contact information, delivery address, makes the payment and that’s it. We will send order confirmation email, production confirmation and delivery emails, for customer to easy follow the orders progress.
For each order, we give client 24 hours to check their product dimensions which we have sent out with confirmation email. We ask our customers to check this email and make sure the measurements and other features are correct. After these 24 hours we proceed with production.
The production time is 7-10 days, for each product it may vary.
Insect net in frame and insect swing doors come already assembled. Roller insect net and pleated insect net comes pre-assembled. With the products we send installation instructions with pictures and QR code to video instructions. We have designed our products so that assembly and installation is simple enough for the customer and does not require additional craftsmanship
If you are not sure if the product will fit your windows, doors or have questions regarding measuring and installation, please contact our support by phone +371 2873 6002, email info@insectnets.com, online chat or contact form. We encourage you to send us pictures of your windows or doors, it will be easier for us to consult you on the most suitable product for you.
There is no need to remove the insect nets during wintertime, except if they are exposed to extreme wind, snow or ice, in which case the net can be damaged. We have written an article on What to do during wintertime and maintenance of the insect nets – TODO: insert blog site
It is important to check the packaging immediately upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, note this on the courier's delivery confirmation if possible. If you find that the products included in your order are damaged or not as ordered, please take a picture of the damaged products and packaging and send it to us by e-mail, contact form or WhatsApp, attaching pictures of the product and/or packaging. We will assess the situation as soon as possible to agree on the next course of action – replacement, return of the product or refund.
