No, installation is not included. All screens are designed for DIY installation and come with mounting hardware (screws, brackets) and instructions. Most customers install screens themselves in 20-30 minutes with basic tools.
For most screens: drill, screwdriver, level, pencil, and tape measure. Screws and brackets are included. For adhesive-mounted screens, no drill is needed.

For pollen protection, we offer the Polltec mesh – an ideal solution for people with allergies. Depending on wind direction and pollen size, it can block up to 99% of pollen while maintaining good airflow.

Yes, from inside looking out, the view is clear with minimal obstruction. The mesh becomes nearly invisible from a few feet away. From outside looking in, the mesh provides some privacy during the day, especially if your room is darker than outside. At night with lights on, visibility from outside increases.
Standard insect mesh slightly reduces airflow compared to a fully open window, which is barely noticeable in everyday use.
Pet-resistant or pollen-blocking mesh may reduce airflow slightly more due to denser weave.

All insect screens come with a 2-year warranty for private customers and a 1-year warranty for business customers, covering manufacturing defects. The frame includes a 10 year warranty according to the specific product specifications.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, UV fading, improper installation or use, or damage caused by pets or external mechanical factors. Full warranty terms are available in the e-shop terms and conditions.
Use a soft brush or vacuum with brush attachment to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with mild soap and a soft sponge – gently wipe both sides of the mesh.
Avoid high-pressure washers, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the mesh. Let the screen air dry completely.
Clean your screen 2-3 times per year for normal use, or monthly if you live in a dusty area or near a busy road. Regular cleaning prevents dirt buildup and extends mesh life.
It’s not necessary, but removing screens in winter can extend their lifespan by reducing exposure to harsh weather. Store screens in a dry place, laying flat or hanging.
