How payment works
All prices on insectnets.com include VAT. The applicable VAT rate may vary depending on your delivery address and will be confirmed at checkout.
Payment is required at the time of ordering. Your order enters the production queue only after payment is confirmed.
Accepted payment methods
- Credit & debit cards
Pay securely by Visa or Mastercard. Payment is processed instantly at checkout. Your card details are encrypted — we never store full card information.
- Klarna
Available for customers in Sweden and Denmark. Choose to pay now directly through Klarna. Select Klarna at checkout to see available options for your country.
- Bank transfer
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, select this option at checkout. We will send an invoice to your email with payment details. Production starts after the payment is received.
After you pay
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:
- You will receive an order confirmation by email.
- Within 1 business day, we will send a technical drawing of your screen for review.
- You have 24 hours to request changes or cancel the order – contact us at info@insectnets.com.
- After 24 hours, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, custom production has begun and cancellation is not possible.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will resolve it in accordance with our Warranty policy.
Business orders
We issue VAT invoices for business customers. Enter your company name and VAT number at checkout – the invoice will be sent to your email after the order is confirmed.
