Lifetime limited warranty

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the insect screen structure components (excluding mesh) to the original purchaser for the lifetime of their home. If your insect net develops a problem you believe is covered under warranty, contact SIA “RIPO International” +371 28 736 002, or e-mail: info@insectnets.com.

Terms and conditions

SIAN “RIPO International” warrants solely to the original purchaser of SIA “RIPO International” Insect Nets that the product purchased shall be free from defects in main component materials under normal use as long as the net remains at its installed location and is owned by the original purchaser.

This Limited Warranty applies to:

• Insect net aluminum structure and frame connection point durability under normal use intended for the product;
• Original color consistency of aluminum profiles and roller casettes of the insect nets;
• Dimensional accuracy of the manufactured product according to the order.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

• Any type of insect screen mesh material;
• Internal mechanisms of the insect net roll cassette;
• Defects caused by improper installation not performed in conformance with SIA “RIPO International” installation instructions;
• Defects caused by modification, misuse, or abuse;
• Defects caused by improper maintenance (including cleaning) of the screen;
• Paint defects caused by physical impact;
• Damage caused to the product as a result of shifting or settling of structure (for example, window) in which the product is installed;
• Defects caused by extreme or unusual weather conditions;
• Defects caused by fire or direct exposure to fire
• Defects asserted by any purchaser who did not purchase the screen from SIA “RIPO International” or Authorized Distributor.

The costs of repair or producing of the replacement (at our sole option) and shipping are under warranty for an unlimited period of time as long as the insect screen remains at its originally installed location and is owned by the original purchaser. Shipping of the repaired products or produced replacement is not included in this warranty in case if product originally purchased was picked up in the SIA “RIPO International” warehouse.

Limitation on obligations

The obligations of SIA “Ripo International” hereunder are limited to repair or replacement (at our sole option) of included parts of the insect net found to be defective under this Limited Warranty. In no event shall SIA “RIPO International” be liable for damages of any type of economic loss or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any type, including time, wages or lost profits of any nature, or for damages to property, whether caused by negligence.
