How is your order processed and insect screens produced?

RIPO International offers a simple and convenient way to order high quality insect screens for your home. In this article, we will take you step by step through the ordering, manufacturing, delivery and the installation process to ensure that you get effective insect protection quickly and hassle-free.

How is the order processed?

When you place an order, RIPO International will automatically send you sketches of the products you have ordered with dimensions to your e-mail address, enabling you to check that the dimensions and other parameters are correct. If there is an error in the size or configuration of the product, you have 24 hours to ask us to make changes to the order before we put it into production. In this case, we will make the required changes and reinstate the order. If you change your mind within 24 hours and decide not to order, we will refund your order in full.

How are insect screens produced?

  • All information on the order is passed on to our production team within 24 hours after the order is received.
  • We make the insect screens in the manner that makes them ready to install right away and you will not have to worry about cutting profiles or needing any special tools to fit them together.
  • We use extruded frame technology in the production of our insect screens for frames and doors – the corners of the profile are very strong and the products will last for a long time, they look elegant and fit well within window or door frames.
  • Roller insect screens are made of top quality aluminium profiles and cassettes that are compact in appearance, which will make them inconspicuous both outdoors and indoors.

How is your order packed and delivered?

Once the production process is complete, the order goes to our warehouse. If you have opted to collect your order from the warehouse, you can pick it up the next business day – you will receive a notification in your e-mail. If you have chosen to receive your order by courier, your order will be carefully packed to ensure that it is not damaged in transit.

Smaller products, such as roller insect screens, are partially disassembled in the package (the side guides are disconnected from the roller cassette), therefore, the pack size will be smaller than fully assembled insect screens in a frame or in a door.

When your order is ready to be shipped, it is handed over to a courier, who will deliver it to your address and you will receive a message in your e-mail that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

The courier will inform you on the specific delivery times in advance.

What happens after I receive my order?

If you have chosen to receive your order by courier, you must check on receipt that the packaging has not been significantly damaged in transit, which could result in damage to the product. The FAQ section will tell you what to do in these cases.

Once you received your order, get to unpacking and installation – the RIPO insect screen takes 1-20 minutes to install.
