How you can contact RIPO?
Regardless of whether you ask your question in website or write to online@ripo.lv or fill in our contact form, we will answer you during our working hours 09:00-17:00 as soon as possible. We will be happy to chat with you in your native language, using translation app. If you speak english, we will be happy to help you via phone + 371 28 736 002.
You can always send us your pictures, where you want to install insect screen and we will help you to choose the right solution or any help regarding taking measures yourself.
How your order is processed?
Once you have made order, our system will automatically send you the product sketch with ordered products and dimensions. In case of mistake in measures or product configuration, you have 24 hours to ask us to change your order, before we put your order into production. We will help you make necessary changes and renew your order. In case you have changed your mind about yout order during 24 hour period, we will refund you the total amount of your order.





How your order is produced?
- 24 hours after your order has been received, all the information is given to our production team.
- We manufacture your product so it is already pre-assembled, so you have no worries about cutting the profiles or any need for specific tools too assemble them.
- In production process for insect screen in frames and doors, we apply extruded frame technology – the profile corners are very strong and products will have a long service life.
- Rullo insect screens are made from premium aluminium profiles and cassettes that will be inconspicuous both outdoors and indoors with their compact appearance.
How your order is packed and delivered?
- When production process is finished, your order is packed carefully so that it is not damaged during the shipping process.
- Small-sized products like roller insect screens are packed partly disassembled (vessels are disconnected from roller cassette) so the package is smaller than fully assembled insect screens in frames and doors.
- When the package is ready for delivery, we call the delivery company. We inform you by sending message when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.



What happens after your order arrives?
- When your order arrives, the received package should be checked against any possible damage during transportation process. You can read HERE, what to do in such cases
- Unboxing and installation can start. Our insect screen installation takes approximately 5-20 minutes
- In case of any difficulties or questions we will be ready to help you
